The hotel offers very spacious rooms with lovely views of the snow-covered mountains, but some issues with the balcony availability were quickly resolved by switching rooms. The location is typical Austrian and charming, catering well to skiers with clean surroundings and beginner-friendly slopes. The dining experience, while plentiful and varied in breakfast choices, had some issues concerning food variety and wine pricing.
